Our neighbor's house is almost ready for the 2nd story floor to be poured. First they form and pour beams, then they "hang" bricks on the beams (see the lines of bricks), then they put down a grid of re-rod. The next step is to mix/pour the cement (maybe in those barrels). I wonder if there's more than one way to pour a concrete ceiling on a house.
