Elise's aunt Jody is taking care of her in our baby sling. If Elise is a little fussy, she will usually fall asleep in the sling.
Our Sunday school class had a party for Elise this Sunday. Good food and more presents!
Here Elise is wearing her boxing gloves. Doesn't she look tough?

Check out her wild hair.
Here Elise is showing off how long her hair really is :)
Sleeping beauty. She sleeps so well throughout the day and night. Of course she cries and fusses from time to time, but over all she is an easy baby to take care of.
I've noticed some things about how she falls asleep. First her eyes will get heavier and she'll blink more slowly. Then they'll stay shut for a few seconds. After a bit, she'll open her eyelid but her eyeballs starts to roll upward. Soon she keeps her eyes closed and starts to smack her lips thinking about doing what she loves best...eating. At this point her body might shutter slightly and she stretches out her arms and legs. She might also give tiny cry. She continues to smack her lips a bit as she falls soundly asleep. I have to get a video.
We hope ya'll are enjoying seeing all the pictures. Love Brian and Sherri

Elise received a cozy blanket in the mail today. Thank you Marilyn!
Sherri's cousin, Tami, holding Elise.
Pretty pink.
Elise's first fingernail clipping. She has beautiful long fingers.
Paper work at the doctor's visit.
Elise and Sherri resting on the floor at the house that grandma and grandpa are staying at.
Elise, the center of attention.
All sprawled out.
Elise is getting her first bath at home.
She was not a happy camper about it but we like her better nice and clean.
Here she is in her nice pink hooded bath towel.

Elise's first time in a car seat. Making sure she is nice and secure.
Isn't she just the cutest thing ever?
The trip home went very well. She hardly fussed at all.
Going in...
I took this picture w/o a flash in a dim room. I thought it turn out really well. It captures the lighting of the hospital room at night.
Here Elise is dressed to leave the hospital but still wrapped up in the hospital blanket. They required Sherri to be a wheelchair holding Elise when we left the hospital.

Sherri Aunt and Uncle, Chris and Tim See came to see Elise Sunday morning right before we left for home.

Elise is one day old!
Here I am changing a diaper for the second time in my life.

Sherri's parents Ron and Deb are proud grandparents with there 3rd grandchild.
