We went to see where maple syrup comes from. It was cool to see all these buckets tapped into the maple trees. The "maple water" is just that - watery. It has to get boiled down to make the yummy syrup.

Behind us is where they pour some hot syrup onto the snow which makes a yummy carmel-like treat.

We were able to eat as much as we wanted. Elise loved it but was sure a mess afterward!

Elise is heading outside to enjoy the beautiful day we had March 7. It was an amazing 60F!!!! It was very slushy.

Elise enjoyed the pool even though it was a little cold. She loved kicking, splashing, jumping, and watching Daddy swim underwater.

Milca and Gabriel are our French reading partners who we read the Bible with for an hour each week. They have helped us immensely in our language learning process. Here we took them out to eat to Stratos.

Elise loves giving and receiving kisses.

I couldn't resist this tummy shot. Just 10 more weeks in the oven!

Yum! Fresh bread. Elise would say "oooooh!" "hot!" She's good at staying away from the oven and always exclaims about things being hot like the heaters or her food.
